We took the sail / snorkel trip with Trilogy off of the beach at Ka'anapali. They motored for snorkeling to Honolua Bay and then Molule'ia Bay (Slaughterhouse Beach). They sailed 2 broad reach tracks on the way back. It was a fun 5 hour trip with a very friendly and competent crew.
The kids liked seeing the schools of flying fish along with going down the slide and jumping from the back of the boat. They snorkeled very little, but I got in a good amount of snorkeling. Neil did see a dragon moray eel.
We got our cheap reusable camera film developed after the boat trip at Longs Drug and they came out pretty good. We had shaved ice again at Annie's Island in Lahania.
Neil and I experimented with the boogie boards on the steep Napili beach surge. I am chicken (and too old) to try and skim-board down the sand while standing up. Here is a video of Neil biting an oncoming wave while skimming...
